Move XSPN input and reference data to Validation-VP.
This allows to automatically use the correct data for each XSPN

Add additional registers which serve as input to the XSPN FW.
This is used to change the 1) number of XSPNs, 2) batch size and 3) #iterations
via command line parameters (without recompiling the FW).

Add checks if input and reference data fits into available SystemC memory
