Before entering _scratch_init(), register t3 already holds a copy
of the firmware end address, hence there is no need to calculate
it again. This reduces 3 instructions in each _scratch_init() loop.

Synopsys DesignWare APB UART is seen on the StarFive JH7100 SoC.
Its programming interface is compatible with the existing 8250
UART driver. Simply add its compatible string to the driver makes
it work with the StarFive JH7100 SoC on a BeagleV board.
With this patch, the generic platform firmware can be used out of
the box on the BeagleV board.

Current fdt_plic_fixup() only does necessary fix-up against the legacy
"riscv,plic0" node. The upstream Linux kernel defines its official DT
bindings which uses "sifive,plic-1.0.0" as the compatible string and
we should check that first, and if not present fall back to legacy.

At present fdt_plic_fixup() accepts a 'compat' parameter for PLIC
compatible string. In preparation to support the new DT bindings,
drop this and use "riscv,plic0" directly in fdt_plic_fixup().

Linux kernel commit a2770b57d083 ("dt-bindings: timer: Add CLINT bindings")
adds the official DT bindings for CLINT, which uses "sifive,clint0"
as the compatible string. "riscv,clint0" is now legacy and has to
be kept for backward compatibility of legacy systems.

This replaces the FU540 specific cpu0 node "status" property fix-up
with the newly introduced generic fdt_cpu_fixup() helper.
Unlike previous logic, the helper routine does not test the "mmu-type"
property to determine which node we should fix up, instead it uses
sbi_platform_hart_disabled() API.

As of today the upstream U-Boot & Linux kernel ships a device tree
that already has "stdout-path" properly set in the "/chosen" node.
This is the same with the QEMU 'sifive_u' machine. Hence the codes
to fix up the "stdout-path" in OpenSBI is not necessary.

Currently pmp_get() returns the log2 length of the PMP memory
region size. The caller has to calculate the size based on that
and the same codes are duplicated.
Update this function to return decoded size directly.

As of today all platforms use 8KB of per-HART stack hence there is
no need for each platform to define its own macro or use the magic
number. Create one macro for all platforms. Platform still can use
its own version if needed.

forgot to update ariane-fpga codes, and the following commit
678c3c3 ("include: sbi_scratch: Set per-HART scratch size to 4KB")
changed the per-HART scratch size to 4KB, which potentially breaks
ariane-fpga platform.
This patch set per-HART stack size of ariane-fpga to 8KB for consistency.

With QEMU v4.2 RISC-V changes to improve the emulation fidelity
of 'sifive_u' machine, OpenSBI v0.4 / U-Boot v2019.10 / Linux
kernel v5.3 images built for the SiFive HiFive Unleashed board
can be used out of the box without any special hack. Hence there
is no need for us to continue supporting such a special target in
OpenSBI. Going forward, sifive/fu540 platform can be used on both
real hardware and QEMU 'sifive_u' machine.

Update our documents to mention 'qemu/sifive_u' platform should

sometime in the future release.
Going forward, 'sifive/fu540' platform can be used on both real
hardware and QEMU v4.2+ 'sifive_u' machine.

Per device tree spec, the standard value string for the "status"
property of a cpu node is either "okay" or "disabled". "masked"
was once used but it is unfortunately a spec violation.
