Anup Patel	0b1cf2f645	lib: utils/irqchip: Use kconfig for enabling/disabling drivers ... We update irqchip drivers makefile to use kconfig for enabling/disabling drivers. To avoid compile errors, we also enable appropriate irqchip drivers for each platform.
