lib: utils/mpxy: mm: Add missing RPMI_MM_SRV_ENABLE_NOTIFICATION entry

As RPMI_MM_SRV_ENABLE_NOTIFICATION is a mandatory service for RPMI MM
service group, it must be added in its MPXY client driver here.
