lib: sbi: Replace sbi_hart_pmp_xyz() and sbi_hart_map/unmap_addr()

The sbi_hart_pmp_xyz() and sbi_hart_map/unmap_addr() functions can
now be replaced by various sbi_hart_protection_xyz() functions.
